2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped 1 ripe avocado, diced 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice Salt and pepper to taste Optional: chopped cilantro, garlic powder, paprika

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, red onion, and celery.

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise with lemon or lime juice, and season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices you like.

Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and gently stir until everything is well coated and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Serve immediately on toast, in a wrap, or over greens for a light, refreshing meal.
