Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. This ensures your yeast is active and ready to rise!

In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Add activated yeast mixture and oil. Stir until dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size. Warm, draft-free spaces work best!

Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased bread pan. Let it rise again for 30-45 minutes until puffy.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Tap the top—if it sounds hollow, it’s done!

Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
