Ingredients
1 large Italian hoagie roll or sub roll 4 slices provolone cheese 4 oz deli turkey, sliced 4 oz deli ham, sliced 2 oz salami, sliced 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated Salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Add lettuce, pepperoncini, onion, and Parmesan. Toss well and season with salt and pepper.

Slice the hoagie roll lengthwise. Layer provolone on both sides, then add turkey, ham, and salami on the bottom half. Toast in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts.

Remove from oven, pile the grinder salad on top of the meats, then close the sandwich with the top half of the roll. Slice in half and serve immediately while warm.
