3 large eggs 3 tablespoons cream cheese or Greek yogurt 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls. In the bowl with egg whites,

add cream of tartar and beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. In the other bowl, mix the egg yolks with cream cheese or Greek yogurt until smooth.

Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, being careful not to deflate the batter. Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet in wreath shapes,

use the back of a spoon to create a hole in the center of each round. Bake for about 25–30 minutes or until golden and set.

Let cool completely before decorating or serving. Optionally, add green food coloring to the batter before baking and decorate with small red berries or sprinkles for a festive wreath look.
