4 large croissants, sliced in half 1 cup cooked shredded or sliced chicken 4 slices deli ham 4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese 2 tbsp Dijon mustard or honey mustard (optional) 2 tbsp butter, melted ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp dried parsley (or fresh for garnish) 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (for topping)

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup later.

Slice your croissants in half and open them up. If you're using mustard, spread a thin layer on the inside of each croissant for added flavor and moisture.

Layer one slice of ham on each bottom half, then add the shredded or sliced chicken over the ham. Place a slice of cheese on top before gently closing them.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush this flavorful mixture generously over the tops of the croissants.

Finish by sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese over the croissants. Bake them in the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is melted.
