– 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced – ½ cup plain or Greek yogurt – ½ cup milk (any kind) – 1 tsp honey (optional) – Handful of ice cubes – (Optional: ½ banana or splash of orange juice)

Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Dice the fruit into chunks for easy blending.

Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey, and ice to a high-speed blender. Banana or juice can be added here too.

Blend everything for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.

Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with mango slices or mint if desired. Best served immediately while cold and fresh.
