Easy Crêpes Recipe

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – 2 large eggs – 1 1/2 cups milk – 2 tbsp melted butter – 1/4 tsp salt – 1 tsp sugar (optional for sweet)

In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, butter, salt, and sugar (if using) until smooth. Let rest for 20–30 minutes.

Use a nonstick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil to prevent sticking and promote browning.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling quickly to coat the bottom. Cook for 1–2 minutes until edges lift and bottom browns.

Flip crêpe gently with a spatula. Cook for another 30–60 seconds. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm.

Try Nutella, jam, fresh fruit, lemon and sugar, whipped cream, or chocolate drizzle for delicious sweet crêpe variations.

Fill with ham and cheese, sautéed mushrooms, spinach and feta, or scrambled eggs for a satisfying savory option.
