– 1 lb ground beef – 1 packet taco seasoning – 1/2 cup water – 1 head romaine lettuce – 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed – 1/2 cup corn (optional) – 1 avocado, diced – 1/4 cup sliced black olives – 1/4 cup chopped red onion – 1 cup crushed tortilla chips – Sour cream and salsa (for topping)
