1 large flatbread or naan 1 cup black garlic hummus 1/4 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (for web) 1 small plastic bag or piping bag Optional toppings: sliced black olives, cherry tomatoes, chopped herbs Olive oil (optional, for brushing flatbread) Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients
01
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). If you like your flatbread crispier, lightly brush it with olive oil and bake it for 5–7 minutes until golden.
02
Let it cool slightly, then spread a generous layer of black garlic hummus evenly over the top. Spoon the sour cream or Greek yogurt into a small plastic bag,
03
snip off a tiny corner, and pipe concentric circles on the hummus. Use a toothpick or skewer to gently drag lines from the center outward, creating a spider web pattern.
04
For a spooky touch, decorate with sliced olives to mimic spiders or eyeballs, and add cherry tomatoes or herbs for color.
05
Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving for best visual effect.
