4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt and pepper, to taste 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes (in oil), chopped 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter, then add minced garlic and sundried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring occasionally to release the flavors.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well. Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, if using. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for 5-10 minutes until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).Garnish with basil and serve hot.
