Oatmeal Brownies | No Flour, No Eggs, No Butter

2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2–3 ripe bananas) 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey 1/4 cup peanut butter or any nut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of salt Optional: chocolate chips, chopped nuts

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a blender or food processor, pulse the oats until they resemble a coarse flour.

In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.

Add the ground oats, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, and stir until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely before slicing into fudgy, wholesome brownies.
